OPG Baričević is engaged in beekeeping and the production of innovative honey-based products. In our showcase, you can discover several interesting products.

We consider it a special success that we were the first in Croatia to produce a premium sparkling wine from Velebit honey on our family farm, named after the Velebit locality "TULO" (the local name for Tulove grede).
Our sparkling wine is produced using the traditional French method, meaning there is primary and secondary fermentation, which takes at least one year.
In our product range, we have revived the production of the traditional Croatian alcoholic drink, mead. "MEAD" is a beverage with which medieval kings were crowned. The most interesting research related to the Croatian people shows that this alcoholic drink was used for the toast at the coronation of King Tomislav.
It is worth noting that both our sparkling wine and mead are made entirely from honey, and our products contain no grapes!
